A second generation native of Sonoma County, Neil brings thirty-two years of near continuous institutional construction experience to Counterpoint Construction Services, Inc. After graduating from Montgomery High School in 1974, and earning an Associate in Science degree from the Construction Management Tech Program at Santa Rosa Junior College, Neil came up through the ranks as a Laborer in Union Local 351 of Vallejo, a Carpenter in Union Local 751 of Santa Rosa and then an estimator with Christensen & Foster. Neil was managing partner of Christensen, Williams & Bohn, and has worked for Jim Murphy & Associates and Wright Contracting, Inc.
Neil was primary project manager on the first Multi Prime Construction Management projects in Sonoma County. These included the Petaluma High School Science and Locker Buildings, and the Windsor High School Campus – all phases after site grading.
Neil is responsible for general oversight, cost estimating and constructability review, as well as project management.
