An accomplished construction manager with over 15 plus years of progressive electrical construction business experiences, as well as five plus years as a licensed real estate appraiser within the greater North Bay areas of Sonoma, Marin, Napa and Solano Counties. Rick received numerous experiences growing up in the local community of Kenwood, California by attending the local public school systems and organized sports at multiple levels. Such as Kenwood Elementary School, Herbert Slater Middle School, Graduated in 1985 from Montgomery High School, Graduated in 1988 from Santa Rosa Junior College with a Associate Arts degree, and also graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelors Science Degree in Construction Management in December 1991. Thereafter, Rick was directly involved in the electrical construction management aspects of a family Electrical contracting business, serving as an Electrical Estimator and Project Manager for approx 12 years within both the public works and private sectors.
Rick is responsible for Project Management as well as extensive work with the State’s Williams Act program. His varied management and construction experience make him a valuable and knowledgeable asset to our clients.
